Shipping policy

 

Please read the product listings thoroughly; they list approximate ship times. Some items are ready to ship, while others are available through pre-order.

Orders with ready-to-ship items ONLY will be shipped in 1-2 weeks.

Orders with ready-to-ship AND pre-order items will ship based on the product with the longest time.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once the order has shipped, it is out of our hands. If your package is returned, you will incur a re-shipping fee to cover the cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned to us by USPS.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. 

If any bottles arrive broken, please email us with photos, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
